'The University of Warwick Religions and Education Research Unit run a Masters level Postgraduate Certificate, which is three modules from the MA in RE and can be done comfortably over a year part time. The MA is 6 modules plus a dissertation, which can be very school/curriculum related or to current issues in the subject. Most people finish the MA in two years. There are no exams and assessment is via assignments and the dissertation. Participants can select their own assignment titles to meet their particular needs. If you complete the PG Cert, you can come back within three years and top it up in order to turn it into an MA. www.warwick.ac.uk
